Edu-Tech Club in Bajo School

Posted by Unknown

Well this is kind of late but as they say "Better late than never".

Starting from the present year(2013),Bajo Higher Secondary school  started a new club known as ETI(Education Information Technology) with 20 members.
The club was founded by our school's brilliant IT coordinator sir Passang Tshering

The Aims of our club are:
  • Projecting the technological methods to bring up education through technology
  • Promoting technology resources in and outside the school
  • Building a national question bank
  • Creating a YouTube channel on Bhutanese syllabus
  • Designing Wiki booths in different location to make the resource accessible by every student.
So far, we have not completed even one of the above aims but we will by the end of the year. Our first task was to create a blogger account. Some students who knew about Blogger, created it fast while the others were slowly catching up. Well I don't mean to brag or anything but I think in Bhutan's history
Bajo higher secondary school is supposed to be the first high school which has a flat screen TV in its IT lab.

I guess I'm going a little out of topic so back to the topic....our club Edu-tech club that is, is supposed to spread knowledge about computers or IT and learning education through technologies throughout Wangduephodrang and if we succeed in wangduephodrang we dream to continue our goal throughout Bhutan.

SO I WISH EDU-TECH CLUB THE BEST OF LUCK FOR THE ONCOMING STRUGGLES AND   OBSTACLES WE WILL FACE TO ACHIEVE OUR GOAL
